This document is a reference and a guide to what is important to us,
what we stand for and what we hope to work towards.

that define who we are as a
people.
Culture is created with or without us knowing; If this is the case,
actively working to create a culture that we love is the only way to
ensure our productivity and happiness.

1. We are planners. We think things through all the way to the end.
2. We ensure that everything in our ecosystem has an owner.
3. We are problem seekers and problem solvers. We look for problems and solve them.
4. We believe deadlines are not dates, they are laws and we always ship on time.
5. We get better in everything we do and we must always have a Version Reloaded.
6. We do all we can to lift our team members up and never drop the ball.
7. We must always stress find the fun in what we are doing.

1. Planning
We understand the value of thinking
things through all the way to the end.
We are constantly taking risks and if we
can’t at least plan for the uncertainty
that comes with our life, then we are
screwed.

We must always try to close all possible gaps in
our plans. If we can’t find gaps, keep looking
and close them.
We can’t predict the future, but we can prepare
for it by keeping all options on the table and
never letting the world catch us flat footed.

Rule of thumb:
Failing to plan = Planning to Fail

2. Ownership
There is nothing worse than a project we don’t
understand and/or believe in. We only believe in
working on projects we are passionate about.
We must own everything we do. For us to have
ownership, we must deeply believe in what we are
doing.

Ownership starts with communication. We have
experienced the negative side effects of poor
communication. If you believe in a project, you must
own it and if you own it, you must speak about it; to
anyone and everyone who will help you materialize it.

We believe ambition is deeply rooted in the desire to
find and solve problems. If you are not looking for a
problem to solve, we take that as a sign of
complacency and laziness.
Problem finding is useless without problem solving.
We believe there is no problem too big for us to solve
and no problem too small enough to begin to think
about.

We believe deadlines are not dates they are
laws. While we break rules often, we must
always try to follow laws.
We understand that it is extremely difficult for
us to measure the rippling effect delays may
have on our organization and we therefore
must always ensure that nothing stands in our
way of doing things well and on time.

With the constant need to beat deadlines and hit targets,
some things may not always be perfect. This does not
scare us.
We believe in everything that we do, we must
continuously get better. We strive for perfection, work to
get better and always have a version reloaded.

Definition:
Version Reloaded: This is a revamped version of a
product/project that takes into account all
improvements and upgrades that were previously
missed (and found) and/or left out due to the need to
ship on time.

begin working on a “reloaded

moments and lean on our team in our weakest
moments. We believe that we are each others’
keepers.

roles to play. We understand that the success of
our team is tied to our individual success and
our individual failures WILL drag the team

careless/negligent and avoidable act that has adverse consequences
on the performance of both the team and the individual involved.
