  1. 1. Find a Book if WSU Doesn’t Have It A step-by-step guide
  2. 2. Step 1 From the library homepage, select the Databases tab
  3. 3. Step 2 Select the WorldCat database. Find it in the alphabetical or drop-down lists.
  4. 4. Step 3 Select Advanced Search.
  5. 5. Step 4 Enter your search. Make sure to select title, author, or subject if necessary.
  6. 6. Step 5 Click on the title to see the full record.
  7. 7. Step 6 Click the Find it! button.
  8. 8. Step 6 This will bring up a new window. Click on More Options.
  9. 9. Step 6 Click to request book from WSU Interlibrary Loan.
  10. 10. Step 8 Enter the 14-digit code from the back of your WSU ID. Your password is your last name.
  11. 11. Step 9 Ensure the form is filled out correctly, then click Submit Request. * You will receive an email from WSU Interlibrary Loan when your book comes in. You can pick it up at the Front Desk at Krueger Library.
