Principals, directors and department heads are in the process of building school and department schedules for next year. Please check with your principal, director or department head in the next few weeks to confirm your schedule for next year. Thank you in advance for your flexibility as we prepare for the 2011-2012 school year. WHS GRADUATION NEWS Wellesley High School Graduation Ceremony will be held June 3 at 5 p.m. on Hunnewell Field. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be at the Webster Athletic Center on the campus of Babson College. Faculty and staff will need a ticket for admission to the ceremony. Please e-mail by Wednesday, May 25, if you plan to attend so she can send you a ticket.

Graduate Course ReimbursementCourse reimbursement funding of $22,500 is available to distribute in FY12 among qualified teachers for graduate course work which is done as part of a master’s degree program to fulfill a teacher’s obligations for the Massachusetts Educators Professional License and for course work required to achieve the next stage of licensure culminating in a professional license. To apply for this course reimbursement, please send, by June 1, 2011, your name, evidence of your enrollment in an applicable master/doctoral degree program, name and description of the course, evidence of course cost, proof of payment, and transcript to Valerie Spruill,Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent, You will benotified of the amount awarded to you by July 1, 2011. The incumbentevaluates and analyzes current and anticipated expenses in relation to the departmental budget and ensuresthat all financial liabilities and payroll requirements are accurately processed. The Town employee membership rate is $680 this year. This grants the member full access to the course during normal operating hours. Nehoiden is open dawn to dusk all season long, with the exception of Mondays when the course is closed untilnoon.
