6. Registration Fee

If I am presenting a paper at more than one WASES conference being held in
the same location, do I need to pay for the second (2nd) paper?
Yes, in that case you can use Individual WASESprmium membership option to get
reduced fee applicable.

If I am presenting more than one paper at the same conference, do I need to
pay for the 2nd paper?
You will be required to pay an extra page charges for each page of your 2nd paper
or you can take WASESpremium membership.

If I am only going to attend the conference for one day, can I pay a one day
registration fee?
•
Yes you have to pay Audience fee and can attend conference for one day or
complete duration.

What is WASES review process?

Will I receive an official letter of invitation to attend the WASES conference?
The corresponding author will receive an official letter of invitation during the initial paper
submission process one paper get accepted. If one or more authors are planning to attain then
you are required to contact WASES immediately at info@wases.org or alert@wases.org for
individual invitation letters.

When will I receive the notification of acceptance of my paper?
All corresponding author shall be emailed the results of the paper review process as early as
possible, If you have not received the results of your submission one week after the
deadline, please contact WASES at info@wases.org / alert@wases.org immediately.

What are the formatting instructions for my paper?

What Audio-Visual equipment will be available for the presentations?
There will be a computer/laptop with CD Rom drive connected to an LCD Projector available, PowerPoint
and Adobe Reader shall also be installed on the computer, author can also bring their laptop for
presenting the paper in special cases where additional files are required to support the presentation.

This is called self-plagiarism, and self-plagiarism is forbidden by WASES, but Authors must clearly cite
their previous articles, experiments, or research in subsequent work.
