  5. 5. Ifwetakethelastexample,apersonwhoholdsthisbeliefwillactinawaythatkeepspeopleaway.Apersonlikethatwillnotevenbeopentokindpeople;therefore,s/hewillnotattracttrustworthypeopleintohis/herlife.
  6. 6. Whenyouholdalimitingbeliefinyoursubconsciousmind,itrunsyourlifeautomatically.Everythingyoudowillleadyoutohavetheresultsthatreflectwhatisgoingoninyourmind. Thatisthereasonyouprobablydon’tmanagetomakeabigchangeandyoualwaysgobacktoyourstartingpoint. Inordertomakeatruechange,itisamusttoneutralizethebeliefsthatdon’tserveyou,thebeliefsthatholdyoubackandinstead,implantnewseedsofthoughts.

  8. 8. Whenyoustarttogrowup,yourmindis“scoopingup”allthethoughtsandparadigmsaroundyou,startingfromyourparents,teachers,culture, environmentandotheradultswhohangaroundwithyou. Asachild,yourbrainisnotevolvedenoughtodistinguishwhatthoughtstokeepandwhatthoughtstothrowaway. Yourmindwas(andstillis,sometimes,whenyouarenotaware)sortofaspongethatabsorbedeverything–thegoodthingsandthebadthings.

Among the ways to change your limiting beliefs you can find CBT, NLP, hypnosis, visualization, and using positive affirmations. Thoseareallgreatways,buttheyhavebeenfoundtobecontroversialandnotconsistent.
