Welcome to our newest team member, Chris!
Chris was one of our earliest Meetup participants (back when
there were 8 people in attendance). Chris took massive action
quickly and has now grown his portfolio in a very significant way,
leveraging the growth of his simple 2-bdrm condo and turning that
into several triplexes as well as a 3+den family-sized
preconstruction condo.
Chris will be wearing a few hats within Volition, including Investor

Cherry Chan
Cherry is a successful entrepreneur, author of the Complete Taxation
Guide to Canadian Real Estate Investing, a blogger, a mom of two young
kids AND a real estate and stock market investor. Her accounting
practice specializes in helping Real Estate Investors reach their
investment goals.
Cherry started her real estate investment journey over 10 years ago. She
started by buying one student rental in her own name then two more in
the same year. Now she co-owns multiple properties with her husband,
Erwin Szeto.
Cherry graduated with the Honour Roll on the Chartered Accountant
Uniform Final Exam, top 10 in Ontario and top 50 in all of Canada. She
was named “Top 50 Women in Accounting” globally in 2018.
