Event report Manager Seminar – session 1: My and my remuneration 30 January 2012, Deloitte Headquarters, BrusselsPlease find the pictures via this link. thOn January 30 Vlerick MBA Alumni organised the first session of a series of three seminars on Managementcontracting: everything you always wanted to know about the remuneration and employment contract of themanager.Around 80 participants were welcomed In the exquisite setting of the Deloitte headquarters in Diegem for thesession about Me and my remuneration. The evening started with presentations from Yves Van Durme(Partner Deloitte Consulting) and Liesbeth Van Malderghem (Sr. Manager Deloitte Consulting) answeringseveral questions as What are fair remuneration levels and how can you assess this?, How come two peoplewith a same function can have very different remunerations?’, What are the parameters that are important indetermining your remuneration level and how is a good remuneration package structured?’The presentations set the stage for a lively debate with key representatives from AB Inbev (Karin Van Roy),Belgacom (Mark Lindemans) and Euroclear (Bart Smets). Testimonials from HR business professionals out ofthe daily practise.
