Theprincipalapplicantanddependentmustbeatleast18onthedateof arrivalintheUnitedKingdom,or
whenthevisaisissued.

13. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Youmustnotbeapreviousholderof aUKvisaforstudents,short-termstudyvisaonor
afterApril2015orhavebeengivenleaveonorafterApril2015asaparentofaTier4
student(child).
Furthermore,youwillhavetoqualifythegeneralgroundsforadmission.Youmusthavea
clearhistoryof immigration,withnocaseofoverstaying.Whenyourspouseorrelative’s
