  2. 2. Challenge Complement the physical and the virtual trade show to increase the number of contacts made by visitors and exhibitors. Boost the content, relation- ships, and number of attendees to get added value and greater visitor, exhibitor and sponsor satisfaction. Solution To achieve this, we used the solution of VisualEvents, an online platform that contains a confer- ence center and exhibition area which allows access to presentations, products and services related to digital marketing and electronic commerce, besides visits to companies stands. 53 conferences were broadcasted and 35 companies participated as exhibitors. The virtual platform opened with all the contents from the following week of the physical event, and was online until June 23rd, receiving new registered users till that date.
