I highly recommend Vincent Marsh for an Advanced Graphics Arts Specialist/Technician or related position.
I have known Vincent Marsh for almost, if not all of my 17 years with the Georgia Department of Labor.
I am thinking that Vincent has been with the Georgia Department of Labor most, if not all that period of time, working as a Graphics Visual Arts Specialist, until sometime earlier this year in 2014.
Vincent is an outstanding Graphic Arts performer. I was a direct customer of Vincent’s work the entire time Vincent was with the GDOL and the quality of his work was always top notch.
Vincent’s focus was always on the job, always cognizant of his internal, as well as any applicable external, customers, with the caring and meticulous concern of details in his final product.
