Egencia’s Analytics Studio makes it
simple and fast for you to pull and
share data in just a few steps.
Let’s set the scene:
Pretend you’re a travel manager for a global manufacturing company and your
boss asked you to find out if your road warriors have improved their policy
compliance when they book flights.
Let’s show you how to pull that information and create a report.
3. Reporting
landing page
Getting started
Once you've logged in with your Egencia
username and password, you'll want to
navigate to Tools and select Online Reporting.
After you log in, this is the first screen you’ll
see. From here you can quickly access
standard reports, look at your travel summary,
or pull custom reports.
4. Travel Summary page

The first thing you’ll want to do is access the
Travel Summary page to get a quick view of
your travel program’s overall performance.

If you want to see a comparison of how
this group is performing with other
aspects of your travel program such as
car, hotel, or train to create a
benchmark, you'll want to make sure to
filter for those Lines of Business.
Anything in red in the filter means that
it's not included in the data
you’re viewing.

see which Road Warriors are the least
compliant. To view that information, click on
the Data tab at the top.
