Functioning as a team requires specialized skills on the part of both the team leader and the team members. Learning how to utilize others skills to create a product is just as important as knowing about presentations skills, web page design and how to manages other multimedia.   3. 3. Stages of Team Development Summary<br />Teams go through four sages. Forming which is when the group is made and introductions are made. Storming which is when the conflict occurs. Norming which is  when the conflict is resolved and the team starts planning.  And performing which is when the team becomes a group and gets all the work done.<br />
  4. 4. Questions<br />1. What are the four stages of team development? <br />Ans: The four stages are forming, storming, norming, and performing. <br />2. During what stage does conflict most often occur? <br />Ans: storming <br />3. What problems occur as a team begins to function? <br />Ans: As a team begins to function, members of the team may start having conflicts with each other because of differences in personality, or creative differences.<br />
