Using customizable picture-icons displayed on iPads, patients select from a variety of options to inform care staff of their exact needs prior to the clinician’s arrival.   2.       CARE PORTAL A cloud-based software that allows caregivers and administrators to manage patient engagement and care coordination.
  3.       DASHBOARD From the VerbalCare Dashboard, caregivers can easily keep track all patient requests and monitor nursing activity in real-time.
  4.       PATIENT MANAGEMENT Nurses manage patients in the facility by assigning them with a room and bed.
  5.       PATIENT PROFILE All patient requests are viewable within their profile. Nurses can manage their requests and move patients to other beds in the facility.
  6.       SOLUTION BUILDER Caregivers can create communication solutions for groups of patients using the solution builder. Communication solutions allow caregivers to customize requests on a patient’s iPad.
  7.       BUILD PATIENT COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS From the Solution Builder, caregivers have a wide range of options in order to customize the iPad app. They can add buttons, move them around, and edit the top-line text.
  8.       BUILD PATIENT BUTTONS When caregivers add a button the iPad app, they can select an image from a library of prebuilt icons, upload their own images, record audio, and edit display text.
  9.       INTERACTION MANAGEMENT Administrators can monitor interactions throughout the institution and track general metrics around patient engagement, nursing efficiency, and care quality.
  10.       NURSE MANAGEMNT When nurses join the care staff, they are managed through a special administrative portal and assigned a set of patients to oversee.
  11.       PATIENT IPAD APPLICATION An iPad App placed by the patient’s bedside that empowers them to send requests to their caregivers.
  12.       PATIENT IPAD APPLICATION Each iPad is placed by the bedside and assigned to a specific room and bed. Requests are automatically tied to the patient profile. Using large, picture-based buttons, patients can easily let their nurses know what they need or how they’re feeling.

  15.       NURSING ITOUCH APPLICATION Nurses use a unified login in order to access the iTouch app and the Care Portal. All patient requests are displayed on the nursing app. For each patient request, nurses can respond accordingly.
