LEARN  MORE  ABOUT  QUALIFIED  LEADS     This  is  a  summary  of  Eps  given  by  Vendemore  customers  on  the   summer  event  2014  answering  the  quesEon  ”How  to  prepare   for  a  fantasEc  Q3?”  The  same  morning  I  read  a  post  by  Richard   Branson    ”Relax,  But  Don't  Take  the  Summer  Off  From  Great   Ideas”  (find  post  here)     The  take  away  for  me  was  that  vaccaEon  means  more  new   situaEons,  walking  on  new  roads  and  more  Eme  to  think.  This   means  more  creaEve  thinking.  CreaEvity  that  can  be  used  for   improving  your  business  and  prepare  for  a  fantasEc  Q3.  Boring?   No.  As  Mr.  Branson  says  in  his  post:       ”Put  business  at  the  back  of  your  mind     –  but  not  out  of  your  head     Thank  you     Richard  Branson   Enjoy  our  Eps  on  how  to   prepare  for  a  fantasEc  Q3   before  and  during  vacaEon.       Have  a  great  summer!

Other  Fps  from  this  group  :     •  TentaEve  meeEngs  instead  of  accepEng  a  “call  me  back  in   August”   •  Focus  on  deals  to  close  in  Q3  and  target  them  during  summer   so  they  don´t  forget  you   “ Tip  #3  What  NOT  to  Do     Use  the  extra  Eme  to  refelct  on   what  to  STOP  doing.  What  have   you  spent  Eme  on  that  did  not  pay   off,  that  affected  the  result  in  a   negaEve  way?

More  Fps  from  this  group  :     •  There  are  so  many  lost  ideas,  either  you  just  forget  about  them   or  you  don´t  realize  how  good  the  idea  really  was,  you  just   thought  it  was  funny.  Savor  all  moments  and  write  all  ideas   down,  without  evaluaEng  them.  That  you  can  do  later.     “ Tip  #6  The  licle  Black  Book     Not  larger  than  your  back  pocket.   When  creaEvity  strikes,  write  your   idea  down.  Then  you  evaluate  and   develop  it  further  in  Q3.

More  Fps  from  this  group  :     •  Many  of  us  knows  that  selling  to  exisEng  customers  means   higher  profitability  and  higher  win-­‐rate.  SEll  many  of  us  are  too   focused  on  hunEng  down  new  leads.  Maybe  it´s  Eme  to  try   something  else?     “ Tip  #7  Just  Book  It!     You  know  that  you  will  want  to   meet  with  them,  your  exisEng   customers.  Book  meeEngs  now  and   have  lots  of  good  cross-­‐selling  and   “refills”  to  look  forward  to  in  Q3.
