BACKGROUND <ul><li>Robert Correa, President, has 38 years industry experience including 29 years as Vice President of Correa Machine and Tool Company, Inc. </li></ul><ul><li>The business was incorporated by Mr. Correa’s father in 1970 providing precision machining support to industry in the Washington, D.C. area. </li></ul><ul><li>In 1998, Mr. Correa relocated to Prince Georges County MD and incorporated the business as MSI. </li></ul><ul><li>MSI again relocated to Wicomico County MD to take advantage of the manufacturing industry with a large employment pool and considerably lower operating expenses. </li></ul>
    3. 3. LOCATION and FACILITY 27120 Ocean Gateway Hebron, Maryland 21830 Our facility is 47,000 sq feet with environmentally controlled offices on two floors. Ample power and air pressure are located throughout the building to support the CNC equipment for manufacturing. There is a separate area for assembly, inventory, product storage, and shipping & receiving. Quality Assurance is located within an environmentally controlled area to support dimensional verification to one ten-thousandth of an inch.

    7. 7. 2008 CAPITAL INVESTMENT <ul><li>MSI is committed to investing in new technology and equipment. In 2008, MSI invested in two lathes, one projection welder, and an optical system with a high-intensity green LED. </li></ul>

ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFIED <ul><li>ISO certification was obtained February 2008 by Perry Johnson Registrars. </li></ul><ul><li>Rigorous certification process resulted in many process improvements throughout entire company. </li></ul><ul><li>Robust continuous improvement program empowers employees by encouraging new ideas. </li></ul>

AS9100 <ul><li>MSI is in the process of pursuing AS9100 certification to further enhance our growth and allow us to pursue opportunities into the aerospace industry. </li></ul><ul><li>The groundwork has been laid and a plan has been developed to achieve AS9100 certification by the Second Quarter of 2009. </li></ul>
