Pieaugot pensionēšanās vecumam, pieaug arī gados vecāku nodarbināto nodarbināto skaits darba vietās. Vairumam šo cilvēku ir veselības problēmas, kas var ietekmēt spējas paveikt darbu. Nelaimes gadījumi darbā - kā atšķiras statistika minētajā vecuma grupā.
