  13. 13. Akeem Spence Traded to Miami Dolphins Bob Quinn recently traded Akeem Spence to the Miami Dolphins for a 2019 seventh round draft pick. Last season, Spence had 3 sacks and started the last 11 games when Ngata went down with a season-ending injury. The Lions are looking to build a bigger and more versatile defensive tackle scheme, which makes Spence expendable. He will be reuniting with former Detroit Lions defensive line coach Kris Kocurek.
