Valerie is a born entertainer, with over a decade of event planning experience in five star hotels. She grew up in Santiago, Chile where she studied culinary arts and managed several fine dining restaurants before moving to the United States. Prior to co-founding SimplyGenie, Valerie was Banquet Manager for The Four Seasons in Palm Beach, FL where she acquired vast experience in luxury event management. Later, Valerie became Director of Banquets for The Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC - one of DC's largest convention venues. Valerie's passions are event planning and entertaining.
