Here is My Stategy for GOLF CHIPPING

 1. 1. 1. Position the ball is off the back of your feet.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
2. 2. 2. Your stance should be narrow but open to the green about 30 degree angle.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
3. 3. 3. Keep your weight on the left side and your feet close together.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
4. 4. 4. You may want to choke down on the grip a little, then just open the blade, then take your grip.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
5. 5. 5. Twist your wrist just a little. Twist it open with your left hand and maintain that angle.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
6. 6. 6. Bend your knees as you sit down to the ball.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
7. 7. 7. Point the end of the club grip at your left hip. This will put your hands ahead of the ball, which is of primary importance in chipping.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
8. 8. 8. With your head as motionless as possible, swing your y-shape pendulum (arms and club) from your shoulders.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
9. 9. 9. Your hands must stay ahead of the ball throughout the entire swing so that you will be hitting down on the ball.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
10. 10. 10. Let your left arm firmly control this shot.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
11. 11. 11. Take a short compact backswing, turning the blade over a little bit as you strike the ball.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
12. 12. 12. Play a backswing in proportion to the desired travel distance of the ball. The power will naturally come proportionally.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
13. 13. 13. Always hit down on it; never think of swinging up.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
14. 14. 14. And keep your hands slightly ahead of the ball at impact. Slide the clubface just under the ball with your hand as you hit it. The ball will come off very softly and pop up.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
15. 15. 15. Remember: Execute with arms and shoulders – no body motion.
GOLF CHIPPING TIP
