Self Awareness and Reflection Work on Self Leadership: • Set objectives for your leadership journey and do regular follow-up on the objectives • Celebrate success • Practice active listening • Ask for feed-back • Accept mistakes, but learn from them • Reflect on what you could have done differently to reach a different outcome. Then set yourself behaviour change objectives and follow-up on them.
