  6. ACTION PLAN SALES: FOOTFALL: ABV: Focus on top MC’s Department wise currently contributing Only 30 Mc’s of 60% of business out of 414 mc.. Addon sales is advantage to increase ABQ. MPM to be done at all store support of VM, Benchmarking to be Done once in week with the help of buying team Compare Apple to Apple, Focus on key article drive on daily basis, Product knowledge training to be done on frequently, Marketing activity plan has to be planned by the months every 15th so we can execute on timeline.. Regular calling to customers , Whatsup Massage blast to every customers, Paper insertion Etc.. Focus to increase ABQ with High ASP article sold need to sdo up selling or cross selling is the way to increase ABV
  7. SUPPORT REQUIRED Required Fresh stock Mens, Ladies, and kids according to market trend with good quality product and different Design and colors brand are welcome.. Need to keep more assortment in GM Like Pressure cooker 3ltr, Opelware dinner set, Storage/ Container capacity 5ltr Etc.. Top MC’s / Product fill rate shall be 100% Damage stocks need to be clear on priority. Infra challenges like AC/ Light/ DG/Water Purifier (RO) need to repair on urgent basis Need renovation of stores front portion like: Gazipur, Akbarpur, Fathepur, Farukhabad, Allahabad
