  1. Every year Japan Flying Labs takes part in disaster prevention drills organized by local governments with which our partner Crisis Mappers Japan has disaster agreement. Japan Flying Labs demonstrates drone operation and brief our workflow in case of emergency at the drills. And we give an opportunity to participants (from kids to adults) to operate a toy drone at the drills. Japan Flying Labs has taken part in more than ten disaster prevention drills since August this year in different cities and regions such as Tokyo, Kanagawa Pref. , Saitama Pref., Chiba Pref. We had about 100 local community members at each disaster drill. Under the Disaster Agreement with local governments, we provides aerial photo data of disaster affected areas being collected by drones and publishes ortho mosaic imageries for mapping in case of disaster. We have the Disaster Agreement with 27 cities for now.
