The Process Involved• The right amount of raw materials are processed into a high- temperature burner called the ‘PRECALCINER BURNER’• The by-product is then processed into a ‘ROTARY KILN’ which in turn produces a hardened substance called ‘CLINKER’• This ‘CLINKERS’ are then finely powdered and then mixed with ‘GYPSUM’ and other minerals such as ‘LIMESTONE’ to produce the grey powder commonly known as ‘cement’
