employees’ roles will be impacted by advancing
automation every 12-18 months.

Over a third of organizations in the US believe that
such impacts will happen to their employees
during a 6-12 month period.
For 65% of countries, RPA expenditure is going to increase
by an average of 5% over the next 12 months.
The US is looking to increase RPA spend the most at
77%, while Germany is spending the least at 43%.
RPA investments will focus on supporting text analytics
and self-service capabilities (US), employees (Germany),
and IT tasks (UK).
