The customer gets a fully-scaleable SAP SCM EHP1 for EWM 7.0 system which is extendable withadditional packages later on. The specific Rapid implementationmethodology dramatically reduces the overall time for an implementation.It is a fast-track implementation approach which minimizes risks, assuresquality and executes effectively with predefined scope that includesinbound logistics, storage and outbound logistics processes. For complexwarehousing and distribution environment, the specific solution could beused as a jump start to start the project and reduce the learning curve thatexist at customers.The delivery is separated in different parts , will be delivered in acombination of on-site and remote services and includes of:•Initial scoping•Providing of project documents•EWM RDS Solution Activation in customer warehouse•Customer specific business process configurations•Training of key users (know-how transfer)•Go-Live support A special step-by-step guide describes each activityduring the deployment

At the end of the service BestPractice EWM Core processes are available and the customer has theopportunity to test these processes in a sample warehouse environment.Besides there will be a Knowledge Transfer to Key Project Members forBest Practice Processes. The SAP EWM RDS lean service acceleratesthe blueprint phase. With a rapid delivery of view days the EWM RDSlean service is an affordable priced solution.Activities out of scope:•No go-live or productive system;•Multiple language support.A special step-by-step guide describes each activityduring the deployment
