I want every member of the USAG-RC/Area I Team to be aware that sexual harassment, or any actions that demean the dignity of another person, will not be tolerated in this organization. Professionalism is the standard and nothing less. Sexual harassment adversely affects
everyone's performance, supervisors, peers, and subordinates and senior leaders alike. It is
detrimental to productivity, moral, cohesion, and mission accomplishment. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

It is detrimental to productivity, moral, cohesion, and mission accomplishment. IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. 2. Sexual Harassment of or by military members in punishable under UCMJ. An employee, military, or civilian, who is guilty of sexual harassment, will be disciplined as warranted. All leaders need to understand that if they witness or otherwise know of incidents of sexual harassment, they are obligated to act. If they do not, they themselves are also guilty of sexual harassment. 3. We strive to set standards in all areas of fair treatment. Therefore, we must ensure our workplace and social environments is one that allows all members of this command to excel completely free of sexual harassment. We all must take a proactive role in preventing and eliminating sexual harassment. Enclosed for your review is the definition and specific guidelines to aid the prevention of sexual harassment. 4.
