Funding <ul><li>Student Services Grant </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Combines several categorical grants into a single grant, providing greater flexibility to school divisions in deciding how to allocate their student services dollars </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Level II and III Funding </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Supplemental funding for individual students </li></ul></ul>

Student Services Grant <ul><li>Designed to assist students </li></ul><ul><ul><li>with mild to moderate learning and behavioural difficulties; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>considered “at-risk” due to social, emotional, behavioural, or physical factors that impact on their ability to succeed in school </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>who require behaviour intervention in the early years </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Calculated with a funding formula </li></ul>

Level II Support - $8,955 <ul><li>Funding eligibility criteria based on the student’s need for individualized instruction for a major part of the school day </li></ul><ul><li>Students with the following conditions </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Severe multiple disabilities </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Severely psychotic </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Moderate Autism Spectrum Disorder </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Deaf or hard of hearing </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Severely visually impaired </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Very severely emotionally behaviourally disordered </li></ul></ul>

Level III Support - $19,920 <ul><li>Funding eligibility criteria based on the student’s need for individualized instruction for the entire school day and additional specialized supports </li></ul><ul><li>Students with the following conditions </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Profound multiple disabilities </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Severe to Profound Autism Spectrum Disorder </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Deaf </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Blind </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Profoundly emotionally behaviourally disordered </li></ul></ul>
