Rollout principles <ul><li>Re-apply the ‘eXchange approach’ </li></ul><ul><li>Deployment techs on site for one week only </li></ul><ul><li>Local preparation will achieve fast/smooth cutover </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Inadequate preparation will result in fewer/more problematic deployments </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Remaining deployments will be for LITEs to complete </li></ul></ul><ul><li>High emphasis on coordination by the Project office – </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Kick offs, communications and deployments tightly scheduled </li></ul></ul>
