annotations on all entries and edits – cannot reduce
drive time
• Drivers must approve all edits from Support
Systems before applied
• Require that drivers have direct access to the log
information

• If FMCSA finds that an ELD listed on its website does
not comply with the technical specifications, FMCSA
may initiate removal of an ELD model or version from
its list by providing written notice to the ELD

Can you explain the 16k penalty for Coercion. Also am I correct that the coercion was effective immediately?
Can you walk me through how you explain this. I think it is simple but want to make sure. Also what are diagnostic event, malfunction, and intermediate?
What is the difference between this slide and slide 17 above. What should I specifically discuss on this one
Reduce Fines and Expenses
Reduce Hours of Service regulation violation fines
Leverage system data to counsel drivers in near real-time when Hours of Service violations occur or are about to occur
Eliminate log book, log scanning, auditing, archiving, retention, and storage expenses
Eliminate expenses incurred as a result of Hours of Service check calls
Improve Efficiency
Maximize miles per truck per day by optimizing load planning through knowledge of available hours of service and actual driving/work time
Reduce likelihood of conditional/unsatisfactory safety rating resulting from compliance review of Hours of Service violations
