I believe we should treat these people just like ourselves and that’s very important. I hope the project will help all of us to be more active, creative and tolerant to each other.

“ The highest result of education is tolerance.” as Helen Keller said.

 3. 3.

There are many orphan children with restricted abilities in our community. They want to live normal live and of course they need to get along with other people. We can help them!

 4. 4.

The way to achieving my goal is to make a team – a team of leaders. We will go to the orphanage. I think that psychological help is as important as financial one, therefore we will play different games which can develop friendship and understanding among us. Our donation will be given at the end.

 5. 5.

Plan

I will encourage three of my most active friends to participate in the project as trainers and to help me to lead the games, the competition, to sing songs with children. Besides, we will involve other people who would like to help defective children – teachers, parents and others.

Before our visit to the orphanage my friends and I will encourage people (neighbors, relatives, friends) to donate money, food, clothes, books to children. The items will be cleaned and collected into the box and given to them at the end of the programme.

I will organize with the orphanage so that on 15 to17 of Ariel our group will go to the orphanage and bring our donation.

Resources:

We will need paper and markers to draw with children while playing the game.

We will need a large box to collect the items.

We will need money to buy some necessary things (soap, pens, copy-books) and presents for children (toys, sweets)

 6. 6.

After my GYSD event, I expect that disabled children will be given a hope and our love. And we, in turn will be more tolerant to each other.
