Introducing Reliance JioMart
 JioMart, the online shopping platform by Reliance Retail Limited
headquartered at Mumbai, was soft-launched in December 2019
 A pilot then began in select areas of Navi Mumbai, Thane & Kalyan
in April 2020 & by May 2020, it was launched across 200 cities &
towns in India
 JioMart is a multicategory online shopping platform
 The JioMart app and the website are designed keeping customers
in
mind, providing a simple and intuitive ordering experience
 JioMart retains Reliance Retail’s strong customer centric approach,
improving the services continuously to keep the customers happy
 With JioMart, RRL has ambitions of scaling this up to spread reach
across the country as an online retailer
 By partnering with JioMart, sellers will benefit from the infrastructure

JioMart fees are applicable for orders received on JioMart. The fees are divided into three
categories –

3. Collection Fee

JioMart Fee Structure Shipping Fee 10 7 • Shipping fees is charged by JioMart logistics partner for forward and reverse logistics • Actual weight or volumetric weight, which ever is higher is taken for logistic calculations. • Volumetric weight calculation – Length x Breadth x Height / 5000. JioMart Penalty Structure 10 8 Penalty Type Penalty value Time to Ship Penalty 1% of transaction value Order Cancellation Penalty 2% of transaction value Time to ShipPenalty o It is levied if the seller fails to ship the order within the Dispatch TAT. o It is calculated as a percentage of transaction value paid by the buyer on JioMart platform (Transaction value equals to the product price plus gift-wrapping charges plus any other charge levied by the seller to the customer plus taxes applicable). Any applicable taxes are charged over and above. CancellationPenalty o It is levied if the seller cancels the order (Prepaid or COD). o It is calculated as a percentage of transaction value paid by the buyer on JioMart platform (Transaction value equals to the product price plus gift-wrapping charges plus any other charge levied by the seller to the customer plus taxes applicable). Any applicable taxes are charged over and above. Incorrect MRP Penalty For any MRP related errors seller will be charged complete product cost+shipping cost as penalty

JioMart Payment Terms: 10 9 PAYMENT DATE Completion of Transaction: Transaction will be considered complete after the completion of return window from the date of Product or Service is delivered. Payment Date for all Categories – means the designated day for settlement which will be day 9 from the date of Completion of Transaction (to provide sufficient time for JioMart to resolve complaints, if any) that is eligible for payment. SETTLEMENT AMOUNT Settlement Amount means Sales Proceeds (which you will accept as payment in full for the sale and shipping and handling of Your Products), less: (a) any JioMart Fees including but not limited to Platform Fee, Shipping Fee and such relevant amount due (as defined in this Fee Schedule); (b) taxes required to be charged by us on our fees; (c) any refunds due to customers in connection with the JioMart Site; (d) reserves, as may be applicable, as per the Agreement; (e) any other applicable fee and (f) tax collected at source under applicable Law.
