I am the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Coffeyville, Kansas. I am primarily responsible for Economic Development and Housing for the Community. I assist businesses with expansions, re-locations, business development, and entrepreneurship. Coffeyville is a unique right-to-work community that is prime for growth, with publicly owned infrastructure and utilities for Fiber, Wireless internet, Electricity, Water, and Sewer. Unlike many metropolitan areas, the cost for new and existing real estate is extremely low cost in Rural Kansas.
