Instructional Flow Matrix: A conceptual tool for hybrid learning design

One of our two presentations at the 2022 conference of the Canadian Network for Innovation in Education (CNIE). We present a simple tool that can help instructional designers position their learning objectives in a 3D matrix. This tool, which requires no technology, is intended to help navigate the complex waters of education with immersive technologies as are found in the metaverse, and understand what we're doing it for.
