    Work the room
    Have good body language – smile, make eye contact
    Have a firm, non-sweaty handshake
    Be genuine – show interest and enthusiasm
    Ask open-ended questions
    Know what you have to offer with regard to skills and be able to clearly articulate what makes you special at doing it.
    LISTEN and whatever you do, don’t burn bridges!
