However, some modifications would bemade to this auto that would be a result of the collaboration between Toyota and BMW.  Toyota would be responsible for the driving platform, while BMW is supposed to develop its suspension and handling.  The goal is to create a new driving platform for the sports car, which would enable it to handle not just more power, but also a variety of engines.  Right now the Supra might receive a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine.  It’s possible that the new Supra would be equipped with a hybrid drivetrain that delivers around 400 horsepower!Clearly a lot of exciting developments are taking place.
