client accounts and lead the product development group responsible for developing, selling and implementing
software. Hire, train and terminate staff, develop budgets and oversee cash flow and profitability.
Managed 15 personnel and held responsibility for daily company operations and providing support for
existing software applications.
Conduct gap analysis, devise and implement project plans, manage installation and provide ongoing

Revitalized a floundering project on the verge of litigation due to budgetary and time issues by taking

providing equipment to NASA and other government agencies.
Developed work order schedules, purchased materials, managed inventory and directed personnel.
Credited with implementing an enterprise-wide ERP solution using self-developed and modified
software based on the UniVerse database and tools that enhanced customer service, on-time delivery and
cost management. Provide all programming services for all software applications.
Lowered costs required to manufacture make to order products by 50% through the utilization of ERP
reporting tools to more effectively manage inventory and production cycle times as well as vendor
quality.
Simultaneously reduced inventory levels 60% while increasing on-time delivery two fold by
implementing better inventory procedures and a just-in-time system to ensure material availability.
