Online Record Center Standard User Interface
Our completely SOC2-compliant web-based system supports all major browsers, including Firefox,
IE and Safari, so there is no need to install special software. Security is ensured through a User
Name and Password protected protocol able to accommodate a company’s specific credentials. Also,
highly intuitive navigation as well as a variety of formats and views make the system easily
accessible and customizable with little or no training required.
In support of the Healthcare Industry, especially, GRM digital services are HL7 compatible, which means they can
provide secure data transfers and distributions of medical records between various systems, facilities and other
medical outlets. HL7 connectivity allows us to deliver substantial, cost-effective, process and storage benefits
before, during and after EMR migrations and implementations. We are able to deliver seamless integration
with EMR Systems such as McKesson, All Scripts, Meditech, Cerner and many others. Working with a client’s

Seamless Integration with Other Systems
As a single, Cloud-based, digital repository, the GRM Online Record Center is compatible with SAP, Onbase,
Docuware and Laserfiche and other systems. The Online Record Center enables files to be easily preserved
and transferred without having to be separately removed and uploaded. Seamless integration also extends to customers
using Kofax Ascent scanning and imaging software, allowing them to transparently push scanned images
into the Online Record Center, from which they can initiate a wide range of information extraction, workflow
Microsoft Office and Outlook Feature
Formerly an add-in, this feature now comes as an Online Record Center standard. Better
yet, it has been enhanced with new functionality. Now, at no extra cost, you can save
Office documents and Outlook messages and attachments to any Online Record
Center remote server folder. You can also save edited documents as new revisions with
comments, add stored documents as links or attachments to messages and fully search the text
of messages and attachments.
Adobe Acrobat Feature
Another former add-in that is now a no-extra-cost standard. With this tool, you’re able to edit and
save files in PDF, one of the most widely accepted business document formats. Now, it’s easier and
more cost-effective than ever to sign documents and drop them into the Online Record Center for
distribution, sharing, processing and archiving.
Online Record Center Connect
This remote data receiver is able to pull information from emails, faxes and databases and transmit it for
backup and storage to the Online Record Center. Multiple email accounts can be continuously monitored
for messages and attachments that are captured and saved to the repository. The tool can also be configured to trigger
automated business processes.
The GRM Online Record Center integrates with Salesforce, the global enterprise software company. This compatibility
helps you build prospects and leads into actual clients. It allows you to respond quickly, knowledgably and
confidently to customer calls and emails through the ability to search, access and share important data or
GRM provides state-of-the-art imaging, coding and indexing that allows information extracted from scanned
paper documents and digital files to be automatically repurposed with extraordinary accuracy and speed.
The information is inserted into the Online Record Center for archiving and routing to other databases and process
systems (both local and remote) as needed.
The Online Record Center accommodates workflow integration for advanced business process automation.
Partial and fully defined workflow capabilities include control approvals, pre-distribution reviews, personalized task
lists, email notifications, intelligent routing based on key field indicators and metadata values, form process
automation, user feedback and comments capture, continuous tracking and much more.
