with some emotional “heat” – fear,
anger, infatuation etc
• Describe what qualities most
upset. Don’t be nice. Let it out.
• Talk to them. Imagine their
response. “Why?” “What?”
• Become them. Take on the
disturbing qualities. Talk about
yourself.
