  1. 1. How to Import a Logo into your Email Signature For Microsoft Outlook 2010 1. Open Outlook and click File. Then click Options and this will open a new dialog box. 2. On the left side menu, select Mail. 3. Click the Signatures tab on the far right side, third tab from the top. This will open the Signatures and Stationery dialog box. 4-a. If you DO already have an email signature: Skip directly to #5. 4-b.
