‘Keep up or be left behind…and be replaced with someone who can’

This talk follows the journey of Paul Licuria and his team on their journey to introduce a new online platform for weight loss and wellbeing with their Nail it and Scale it approach. He discusses the importance of fully understanding the customer’s pain and then the subsequent solution, marketing strategy, and business model in order to be successful.

Paul openly shares his experience of barriers to innovation, including the inability to generate disruptive concepts, and the process of product delivery. Whilst discussing how Leap has overcome some of these challenges, he bravely confirms what all of us suspect; ‘if your road through digital has been smooth, you might be doing it wrong.’
