She has a degree in Biotechnology specializing in Pharmaceutics. After getting acquainted with different company policies and working in various therapeutic areas she decided to give another turn to her career. She took a post university degree in Human Resources at the Antwerp Management School. Since 1999 she has worked as a headhunter in Healthcare. In 2003 she obtained a degree as a ‘Certified Competency Assessor’ at the UAMS. She successfully translated her training to a ‘result oriented-case related assessment’. So far she has worked as a headhunter with growing success. Throughout the years she has especially scored with her professionalism, commitment and result oriented approach!
