About
I am a programme manager for KQuIP, the Renal Association's quality improvement team. I began by supporting the AKI programme, and now work with renal units in the South East to assist them with quality improvement projects. Currently they are implementing Transplant First - a project aimed at increasing pre-emptive transplantation rates. Other projects we are supporting are aimed at improving vascular access for patients, and increasing access to home dialysis. During Covid-19, we have worked closely with renal teams, sharing learning and best practice and stories can now be found on the Think Kidneys KQuIP website.
