The learning landscape is changing due to an increased focus on informal learning and the uptake of new technologies for learning. In this presentation, we start from this context and take a closer look to knowledge accumulation and sharing, and requirements and possibilities with regards to coaching and profile building. The link with Talent Management and the increasing learning machine principles used for Learning Management, implies a request for Intelligent Talent Management Systems.
