Take  some  )me  to  ponder  your  own  happiness  along  the  domains  of  happiness:   Standard of Living/Finances– Are you able to meet basic needs and do you feel secure about your finances?" Governance – Do you trust your government, are you satisfied with your opportunity to participate and be heard by your government?" Environment – D you feel your environment is healthy, is enough being done to preserve and restore nature, and are you satisfied with your access to nature? " Health – Can you do what you want each day, how is your energy levels and what are your feelings about your physical health? " Learning and Culture- Do you have enough access to learning, cultural and sports opportunities in your life, throughout your life, do you feel inclusion rather than discrimination?"
  3. 3. Take  some  )me  to  ponder  your  own  happiness  along  the  domains  of  happiness:   Psychological Well-being – is your life worth living, how do you feel? " Community – Do you feel like you belong, do you feel safe, do you volunteer and/or donate to charities?" Social Support – Do you feel loved, do you feel secure, are you satisfied with your relationships?" Time Balance – do you have enough time to do what you need to do, do you enjoy it? " Work – your satisfaction and sense of security in your job and work, are you being adequately paid?"
