4. What Is A Life Coach?
A life coach is a person who helps people to find their path in life. Life Coaches aid as
support figure to bring out the natural talents that everyone has in them. We are motivators
when people need that extra push just to get their selves in order, or back on track ….. Now
just to understand the role of a Life Coach is not to counsel but to assist a person to reach
their maximum potential. The power of change is solely up to the person in the driver’s seat.
We can’t cure you of your problems or create your perfect picture life. We leave the power in
your hands. We just walk beside you to help you build your strengths that our creator has
bless you with and some how along the way of this road called life some of us may have
forgotten their way or came across detours, pot holes or ditches that have stagnated our
lives and have kept us contained. Well have no fear we can change all of that with positive
