What tools and process to use to implement the cyber requirements is not standard from company-to-company and often not standardized within a company. There are thousands of cybersecurity software providers and big companies may be running 150+ point solutions. Most big companies at the moment are taking a best-of-breed approach to security, rather than consolidating onto “good enough” standard suites. The perception is that the best-of-breed tools are not working well enough, so few big companies want go with something standard, but not as advanced.
