performance, they need
experience.
Graduates go about looking for
jobs using the same methods and
employers offer very few paths to
discover roles, as a result
competition is very high.
So people apply for a range of
roles that they may not
necessarily be happy with.

easier and is scary for most
people.
People feel that because the
chance of getting a good job
is so slim they will have to
settle for whatever they get.
The task of trying to make
such a big life decision seems
to make people focus on the
fear of failing.
