  23. 23. . © TechSoup Global | All rights reserved23 Open an Existing File Select “Open” to find an existing file from Recent Presentations, OneDrive, or your Computer
  24. 24. . © TechSoup Global | All rights reserved24 A New, Blank Presentation Blank presentation includes a basic content pane. Select a theme and either standard or widescreen format from Design Tab.
  25. 25. . © TechSoup Global | All rights reserved25 Select a Theme Select a theme from the Design tab and click on the Variants down-arrow to see Colors, Fonts, Effects, and Background Style options.

Right click to add new slides and change slide layout. Ctrl+Enter also adds a new slide or select “New Slide from the Home tab.
