Project 1: Food distribution @ Gandhi Market, Margao

DETAILS: Following our club installation on 25th
July evening, we distributed food
to around 10 hungry people sleeping on the streets of Margao, Gandhi Market.
This act of kindness at midnight came as a surprise to the people and they were
elated as can be seen from the photos.

Project 3: Club Installation

DETAILS: Our Club installation was held on 25th
June 2016 at Rotary Club of
Margao Hall. Installing officer PDRR Gautam Verlekar, installed our club president
for 2016-17 Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan and his Board of Directors in the presence of
other Rotaractors, Rotarians and Inner wheel members. The installation was
followed by fellowship dinner and entertainment.

DETAILS: Following the hectic week post club installation, our rotractors decided to
enjoy Sunday afternoon to unwind and relax at Cremeux Panjim. The gathering
was also used to decide upon various key activities to be conducted this year.

Rotaractors played a key role in helping organize the event and also hosted the

We also got an opportunity to interact with members of other clubs. Also the club
won 2 awards, Best Club in Professional service and Best Club in Rotary Rotaract
relations. President, Rtr. Tanmay Mahajan was also appointed as the Rotary
Rotaract Relations Officer for District 3170.
