Rollinson takes the Meridian Way values seriously, with a genuine dedication to lifting her team’s
performance. Tamsin is well respected and highly regarded across all sales channels in Retail.
Tamsin loves a challenge. She makes a real effort to work smarter and harder, challenging herself to
perform at the highest levels while ensuring she is accountable when errors are made. She is widely
known to encourage others in retail sales and many have achieved through her “leading the way”
and by example.
Tamsin works with her customers to fully understand the issues they are facing, through servicing
and providing solutions that meet their needs. Tamsin always makes a conscious effort to promote
and inform her customers about Meridian’s sustainability and leaving New Zealand a greener future
for the next generation.
